When we began designing for this large primary bathroom remodel in Broomfield’s 55+ Anthem Ranch Community we were tasked with two main priorites: 1) Utilize the space more efficiently — no tub needed! and 2) Design thoughtfully for the ability to age in place in this home. By re-working the layout of the space, moving the door to the water closet to create better flow through the long space, and adding some much needed storage for linens we were able to do just that! Along the way we paired rich, warm cabinetry with striking green tile to create a showstopper of a bathroom.
