Bradburn Basement Finish

This charming farmhouse in Westminster’s Bradburn neighborhood has a unique floor plan that splits their basement into two distinct halves. The homeowners came to us to finish half of the basement - and leave the other half unfinished for storage and games. We embraced the home’s architecture - repeating the maple and cable railing at the stairs that is featured on the main level and utilizing leftover exterior stone for the TV wall to bring the outside in. From there, we created a modern, moody bar with Woodland’s onyx cabinetry and quartz that looks like soapstone. Beautiful woodwork brings warmth to the moody palette and a rich paint color adds depth and personality to this beautiful, functional family room basement.
