Pole Creek New Build Interior Design

We were brought into this project by Cherry Creek Builders - architecturals in hand, we converted the CAD files to render the project in 3D so that we could identify areas where floor plan improvements could be made. With our remodel background, we are able to identify space planning issues before the project is built. In this case, we relocated a central fireplace that blocked the gorgeous mountain views to an interior wall. The new fireplace created a great visual anchor in the space without sacrificing any of the views or cutting up the flow of the space. A double island in the long kitchen made better use of the floor space. Following our floor plan suggestions, we helped select finishes to give this home the showstopping modern mountain feel the builder was after.
