Broomfield Basement Remodel

This 1970s Broomfield Country Club home was prime for a basement remodel. Our goal: Make it cozy and a place the family’s children would want to hang out in. We embraced a beam that ran across the space and made it feel intentional by adding a second one and cladding them in wood. Overall, this basement went from cold and a little dreary to warm and inviting - with a hidden bookcase door to add to the charm!
