Finished Basement Designer - Broomfield

This family basement in Broomfield, Colorado had a lot of square footage and a great walk-out entrance, but the posts made this space a puzzle architecturally. We reworked the entrance from the exterior to relocate the family room to the larger part of the basement, allowing the bedroom to occupy the smaller side of the basement with close proximity to the bathroom. A nice gym with plenty of space for all the workout equipment and a walk-up bar rounded out the design.
