Greenwood Village Main Level Remodel
When you don’t have the width you need for an island with seating, we have to get creative. In this 1970s two story in Greenwood Village, the goal was an open kitchen that connected to the other rooms - and then to update the rest of the main level while we were at it. Throughout the main level, we re-worked the 70s staircase, built a gas fireplace in the formal living room, created a more modern and bold entrance to the home office, and re-worked the existing wood burning fireplace facade in the family room. In the kitchen, we created a large walk-in pantry, maximized counter space and storage with a new layout and added a wet bar to connect the kitchen and family room spaces. This project now so beautifully suits the family who calls it home!
