University Park Denver Whole Home Remodel

This project started with the homeowners sure that they needed an addition to create a mudroom for their busy family. By reworking the floor plan we were able to make better use of the existing square footage to create not just a mudroom, but a walk-in pantry, a more functional kitchen layout, and better flow throughout the entire main level without the cost of an addition. We also re-worked the upstairs floor plan to create a second floor laundry room and updated, more efficient bathroom layouts.
