Anthem Highlands Kitchen Remodel

One of the most common floor plans in Broomfield’s Anthem Highlands, this Dillon model was ready for a modern update. A load bearing column created an original kitchen that was closed off and inefficient. With a new beam in place, we rethought this floor plan to create a large island with seating to replace the small eat-in space, a butler’s pantry to connect the kitchen and dining, and a large pantry for extra storage. When a remodel feels like the house should have always been this way, we know we did our jobs well!
